A valid passport and business visa are required for travel to the Republic of the Congo.

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, with at least one blank passport page available for Congo visa stamp(s). Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Republic of Congo visas.
Congo Visa Application Form:
Two signed Republic of Congo visa application forms plus one copy.
Two recent 2 x 2 passport type photographs in color, front view and with a plain/white background.
OR - you can upload a passport photo to the Global Service Order Form when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.
Letter Of Invitation from Congo (Republic):
A letter of invitation from sponsor/host company in Republic of Congo explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and host’s contact information. Washington DC: The invitation letter must be notarized.
Letter from employer or sponsoring company in the US, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant's employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in host country. Washington DC: The business letter must be notarized. To generate the Congo Business Cover Letter on-line, fill out this Business Letter Form and print the completed letter on your company letterhead.
Proof Of Departure:
Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline tickets showing departure date from the Republic of the Congo.
International certificate of vaccination against yellow fever.
The Republic of Congo, or Congo Republic, is also commonly referred to as Congo-Brazzaville. This country should not be confused with Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo), which is a neighboring country.
